I have been playing Css for an hour or so and i was mainly playing in crackhouse and office. I ran into a couple problems that i thought would be good to suggest solutions to.
1. Awps in crackhouse: everyone hates them, well except the fags that use them all the time and go 82-2 with them. it would really be nice if we could get rid of them and possibly the autosniper, just leave the scout. I know "if it's in the game just let people play with it and quit whining", but the problem is that the map is already heavily ct sided (for DM it is) because they start on the outside. If the cts have 3 good awpers they basically hold all t's inside the building and it gets boring.
B. I know you guys are constantly making adjustments to the servers and trying new things. But i had some questions as to what happened in office. I know we tested that 100tic server with no block and extra spawns so people wouldn't get stuck so... what happened to those ideas? I know the 100tic didn't work cuz the amount of people. but did noblock not work too well? or extra spawn points? I'm just tired of getting blocked by some a-hole trying to throw a pointless flash nade and dying. And also very tired of having to unstick teammates in ct spawn.
I suppose if anyone has any related suggestions they could stick them in. If Owners/admins read this post then PLEASE respond saying something, even if it's what you think I don't want to hear. Just respond so I know you care :)

As for crackhouse, I think a restriction could be put on awps like the autosniper in zombie. But as for the no block idea in office I just have one thing to say. It seems like a very good idea until the day you see all of the Ts all standing together in the same grid with para's aiming at the door leading into paper. Then it just seems like a very bad idea that makes babies cry and grown men playing on a computer to bang on their keyboard in prepubescent rage and frustration because no amount of smokes or flashes in the world can save them from being mowed down by a rain of terrorist gunfire.
I disagree, no restrictions because you're always going to have complainers and it wont stop, besides its a deathmatch server for the crackhouse so who really cares lol.

Schu Bird hit it dead on. I agree that the AWP's are a little out of control on Crackhouse. I think a restriction of say 4 AWP's per team would work well.

i agree with schu bird, but i hear u cant have large servers and still be 100 tick
in office i would love the noblock mod just to eliminate the getting stuck on CT, this is very aggravating, especially the times it happens every round.
Otherwise I think you need a different version of the map w better ct spawns
It is hard to argue that auto/awp isn't extremeley gay in deathmatch servers, considering the availability of awp-only-servers to play on.
Deathmatch is supposed to be a server for fun imo, and the auto and awp arent fun.
Especially when people trying to have fun are using the lesser weapons on purpose only to encounter the 1 pixel head of an awper who headshots them 2 seconds into their life.
The only thing i would add is that crackhouse is getting old and all of the exploits are gay, maybe have deathmatch server use a map rotation.
i'm sure i will make a badass deathmatch map myself soon to add to the classic collection of uber cookie designed maps =)

you can't restrict awps...it's the same concept of D2...you people should learn how to scout...i suck @ CS and i can out scout any awper i come across...

I don't know why people continue to make these suggestion because its never gonna happen. Yes awps are super gay in crackhouse and dust but the large majority of the population likes to use them. porsche is not going to take the preference of a few players over the popularity of the server. As for more spawn points in office, I agree with that but noblock cause people to majorly stack one spot and exploit in other ways.

Aytowun added some good ideas.
Some of you however must not play crackhouse enough to really understand how bad it is. CTs can dominate a whole round just by having 4 good awpers, 2 on each roof, and that leaves barely a thing for the ts to do but sit inside and wait to get wasted from one of the many windows. Restricting the awp would make it a much better server because people would actually be able to move more and have more fun. They would be able to concentrate on shooting other people with aks/m4s/etc. without having to worry about that one stinking awper getting them in the nick of time. I believe it would actually make the server more popular.
I understand not taking them away from d2 where there is an actual objective, but this is A) crackhouse and 2) a deathmatch server...

A huge help would be for the MOTD to have something about camping spawn for either team, then at least we could slay or whatever if someone is a chronic camper with the awp/auto

i understand the CT frustration...but at the same time...the CT's can't actually win the round...only person if seen even save a hostie is Dean...who's banned because his dumbass dl'ed a script for burst fire...

honestly...i think crackhouse is fine...call me what you will, but i don't cry about awps because scout > awp and i can handle myself...coming from like the worst player in TnB

I can handle myself too there shennanigans... I'm just sick of having to dodge every window and doorway when i play just because i know there is someone camping outside watching that window with an almost guaranteed 1 shot 1 kill.
As aytowun said it should be fun for all and i have heard many complaints from people who play the server more than once saying how gay the awp is. It's not even that hard to get rid of it so why is it such a big deal to take it away?

Honestly how would it make it boring? I don't get it, please explain it to me...
Seriously though it would make the game more fun because there would be better movement for both teams. They wouldn't have to worry about how many awpers are trained on their corner. The gameplay would be more free and fast moving, not so much spawning and dying in .23 seconds! It would be the way a deathmatch was meant to be played.

I was just playing on it a lil while ago and using scout/deagle, and its really not too bad against the awpers, but it did get a little frustrating when i was killed over and over in like a minute
