continued problems with votemute

I was on deathrun today and we were joking around and votemuted oh snap ( a regular zombie player) and herd. every time the map would change it would re-mute the both of them. I am not sure if this is happening because we are un muteing them before the timer is up but it seems to be a bit problematic

Votemute mutes the player for 60 minutes. If people could just rejoin to get rid of mute there wouldn't be a point to having votemute. When map changes they're remuted once they join. I think in deathrun server it only takes like 5 votes to mute a person though =\.
