Friend was banned

This is sm0k3y, I just wanted to inquire about a friend of mine who was banned from this knifepro server a while ago. He plays under the name Zerostriker and was banned initially for "aimbotting" despite his score being atrocious and was later told when he went to protest the ban that it was because of his clan tag. Neither one of us were aware of any problems between your clan and the one that he is in. We both played on your server practically daily and would very much like to continue to do so. He also seemed to be well liked for his fake rages in game and seemed to get along with the community well enough. He rarely uses their clan tag anyways and would not mind taking it off if he were to have it on when he joined. We just really enjoy the way you have the gungame set up (especially the knife fight option at the end) and the maps you play on. I understand if you choose to give him a warning and keep him under surveillance for a while but he had no prior incidents and, in my opinion, doesn't deserve a permanent ban just for simply having a clan tag on without any warning.

I hope that you consider this.

I know of the site and went to it prior to posting here. However, he threw in a protest already and so I can not because it says that it is still pending. I just don't understand why he would receive a ban (let alone a permanent one) without committing any offense other than wearing a clan tag that he wasn't warned for or spoken to about.

As I said previously, we both love to play on your server and have had no prior incidents, I don't see why such a harsh punishment was pursued.

187ci is a clan that supports the creation of hacks. Plain and simple. We at TnB hate hackers with a passion so it only seems right that they are not welcome on our servers. That being said, anyone with a 187 clan tag will be banned.

And I, being an admin on my clans regular server, also share your distaste for hackers. Our apologies as we were ignorant of this. Is there any way that we can reach an understanding and at least make the ban some length of time rather than permanent?

wow.. i never even went to their website but if i had simply typed their name into google it automatically tries to pair it with hacks...

I just followed one of my friends while server hopping to find a good rpgsurf to play for a while and we landed on theirs.. some of their guys found zero to be funny and invited him after we played on there for a while. However, we've since lost interest in rpgsurf.. and so moved to other servers

you're more than welcome to research my name. I am, in fact, not zero trying to play off as being a different person. I play under the name sm0k3y or sm0k3y m0ng0 or other random spur of the moment names but if you looked up [cC] or cans-crew.com you would find me to be a member of their clan. I would not be going to all of this trouble if he was in fact a "douche" or supported hacks of any sort. I'm doing this because I really enjoy your server and feel bad playing in it with some of our other friends and leaving him to play on his own.
