Hey all,

I updated the zombie server today to the latest beta out as of now. Most of the bugs are now worked out such as invisible zombies and health notification staying on. Also there are new features of the mod some are working now and some won't be working until the new Steam update is released. Hopefully you guys will like it. Please post any bugs that you find in this thread thanks!

Hey porsche, when you get tagged as a zombie you have the nightvision has in the last mod and if you hit N to turn it off, it turns an even brighter green and makes it extremely hard to see anything.

Zombies should be faster then humans if they werent then its almost impossible to get them

I agree with Kurgen the new zombie night vision is annoying and cant be turned off

The zombies can jump even higher and I was playing today and EVERYONE was bitching about it. Anything we can do to change it?

Last night when I was playing, a human was unkillable I am guessing because he was in/near spawn and I was knifing him many times and he couldnt be turned but I only experienced this once

One thing though, the maps.... They are not suitable anymore since the zombies jump higher now. Can we please look into adding newer maps to the server and maybe deleting a few ones now.

I wish i had some maps to show you to put in, but i dont at the present time...(ill google this soon), but hopefully someone can help me here.

Thanks again for the update, Glad to see the bugs fixed. It will just take a little time to get used to it again.

Previous maps that I had noted are still in the map cycle, such as zm_bumfight.

The map is more useless than ever with the new zombie upgrades.

The only spots that the map provides cover for humans is the roof in the building.

Sadly this map will never be balanced for both human and zombie.

Most saddening, a certain admin loves the map so much that he canceled a 20 vote RTV in order to stay on the map. Very soon after, people begin to leave; heh, I wonder why.

Honestly though, the new mods are a bit much, like the "Humans Win" etc. Too fancy for my blood and laggy much.

I have heard the lag is crazy and trust me i am working on it. They released a new version however I have yet to install it because people are having problems with it as well. You guys have to remember it is in beta there will be many bugs until the developer works them all out. It sucks because I didn't think using the beta would cause this many problems. Maybe today I will try reinstalling and see if it clears up the lag. And also about the zombies jumping higher that is because there are different classes of zombies now and it isn't working correctly. Don't worry it won't stay like that.
